Fully priced items:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receiving it, AllyM will gladly offer a full refund or exchange. Please note that due to the organic nature of pearls, variations in appearance and color are natural. To return an item, please ensure it is in new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original packaging. We cannot accept items that show signs of use. In such cases, the item will be returned to the buyer.
Before returning an item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it by emailing orders@AllyM-Pearls.co.uk and provide your order number. We will provide you with a Return Reference (RR) number and the delivery address for your refund or exchange. Include the original receipt in the returned parcel and state your Return Reference (RR) number on the receipt. Please note that we will only accept returned items accompanied by an official Return Reference number. When returning the goods, please use Recorded/Signed for Service. Please be aware that all postage or courier costs for returned goods are the customer's responsibility. We will reimburse these costs only in the case of incorrectly supplied goods. Keep your proof of postage certificate, as AllyM will not be liable for lost or damaged goods during transit. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods unless they are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Tracked and Signed for postal service, DHL, or FedEx. For exchanges, please note that you may need to pay the price difference and any additional carriage or shipping charges. Any remaining credit will be saved on your account for future purchases.
Exchanged items will be dispatched only after the returned goods pass a satisfactory quality control check.
Sale items:
For sale items, please return them within 3 working days of receiving your Return Reference (RR) number. Similar to fully priced items, variations in appearance and color are natural due to the organic nature of pearls.
Returns outside the specified time frame will be accepted at AllyM's discretion and will be refunded as an AllyM store credit or exchanged for a different item. To return a sale item, follow the same process as fully priced items, including notifying us within 48 hours of receiving the item and providing your order number. Remember to include the original receipt and state your Return Reference (RR) number on it.
Returned items without an official Return Reference number will not be accepted.
The condition of the returned goods must match their original state, and they must be returned using Recorded/Signed for Service. The customer is responsible for all postage or courier costs, which will only be reimbursed in the case of incorrectly supplied goods. Keep your proof of postage certificate as we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods unless they are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Tracked and Signed for postal service, DHL, or FedEx.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for pierced earrings, bespoke, or specially commissioned items. Consultation during the design process for bespoke and commissioned items means they cannot be refunded. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty.
